The English Tourism Council's star ratings are for self-catering accommodation and are assessments of quality based on comfort, space, facilities and cleanliness. All accommodation is inspected every year and all properties have to meet an extensive list of minimum requirements before they can even be considered for a 1 star rating. We have always endeavoured at Bamham Farm Cottages to provide our guests with comfortable, interesting and clean accommodation and have joined this scheme as it is nationwide and ensures that guests know that their accommodation has been given a check by an independent inspector.
