Downstairs - 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with 4’6" bed and en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin, 1 with 2’ 6" bunk beds. Tiled bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet and washbasin. Entrance hall leading onto patio. Please note that Orpington has duvets on all the beds instead of blankets
